Since 1984, Stonehouse Farm has been a teaching and training facility that caters to the serious rider and competitor.
Our mission is to offer quality instruction that lays down the classical foundation of riding and training, allowing students to progress up through the levels of their riding with proficiency and safety.
Stonehouse Farm is a beautiful 60 acre farm in Adams Township just over the Allegheny County line in Butler County. Set at the end of a dead end road, it afford privacy for working with the horses, yet it is easily accessible from I79, Route 19, Route 8 and the Pa. Turnpike.
With a 14 stall main barn, there are an additional 5 stalls available outside the main barn. Each stall is 12’x12’ matted with access to electricity for fans in the summer. A 12’ aisle allows passage through even while horses stand behind their stall guards. There is a wash stall with hot and cold water available, a feed/medicine room with a washer, dryer and refrigerator, and 2 tack rooms that provide storage for boarders bridles, saddles and tack trunks. A separate hay barn and storage for the tractor and equipment allows safety to remain a priority.
